We booked an apartment on Darling Harbour, Apartment One Darling 901, the photos were exactly like real life..
The apartment has excellent views of the harbour, it is a very spacious, a very clean & quiet apartment, with everything you need.
The building also has a large heated indoor swimming pool, separate spa , gym and sauna. Large Roof top terrace with great views.
Walking distance to everything, we literally walked to the rocks, the opera house, Australia Museum, Sealife, Shopping districts restaurants etc etc.. You cannot get a better position.
Katrina Was lovely to deal with , the booking process and key pick up was very easy.

We stayed with Apartments plus whilst waiting for renovations to be done to our house. Apartments plus accommodated us in a 2 bedroom in the city, I would like to thank the friendly, efficient staff who took away the stress for us by allowing us to extend our booking on short notice almost every week due to the delayed completion date of our renovation. They understood the frustration of our situation.
The apartment was in a great location and presented very well. We did have an issue with a leaking toilet that was attended to straight away. I cannot thank the team enough at Apartments plus for making our experience living away from home so much easier than we expected it would be!!

The booking consultants have been very helpful and understanding throughout the booking process. I am in Sydney to do IVF which is already very stressful without having to organise travel and accommodation. They have alleviated some of my stress by helping me find a suitable apartment and being patient and understanding when I can’t always give her enough notice on when I would be in Sydney or the exact length of time I would need to be in Sydney, as this is all treatment-dependant.
The Property Manager responded to all my requests in a timely manner and no request was too difficult for him. Anyway, I feel that you should know how fantastic you are.

I stayed in a great apartment in the city CBD. What a bonus free unlimited Wi-Fi It was very reassuring being able to speak to the booking consultant Melinda on the phone to tell her of my needs for a 6 week business trip. The whole process was easy and nothing was a problem with the flexibility of my check out date due to the uncertainty of my work completion date .. I highly recommend Apartments plus and will be back again next year.
We have had a great stay. The Quay West apartment was lovely and perfect for what we needed as it included all of the facilities. The view was superb and location could not have been better! Very enjoyable and would stay again in the future
Suzanne White was always very kind and helpful, and the service she provided was excellent. I had to call her on a Sunday evening about problems with another apartment and even then, while it wasn’t her responsibility, she immediately took action in order to help me.
